The Estates At Kingswood By CalAtlantic Homes

First things first...Who is CalAtlantic Homes? While the name CalAtlantic is a relatively new, the merger between Ryland Homes and Standard Pacific combines over 100 years of building experience and has already earned the company the Builder of the Year Award for 2016. The Estates at Kingswood is the company's first dealings in the area, however they have just recently broke ground on a new phase of Breckenridge and are in negotiations of additional land acquisitions throughout the region.

This new phase consists of 35 generously sizes lots with 4 models to choose from. Each of the models includes at least 4 bedroom and 2.5 baths that are competitively priced from the high $300's.  I was able to tour The Washington model last week and I must say that I was very impressed with the interior layout as well as many of the upgrades offered throughout the home. My favorite aspect to this home was the huge loft area upstairs as well as the paneled wall boards on the main level which gave the home a modern look and feel.
