Happy September to all. As we get closer to fall, our days get shorter and nights get colder...Many seem to love this time of year. Especially those who are tired of the hot summer days and nights. School starts back up and football is the name of the game. Just a reminder that there will be many more kids on the road, please be extra careful.

If you think the real estate market ends in September, you would be mistaken. Many experts believe it's the best time to sell your home because the competition is lower and the buyers are more serious. 

Anyway, once again, just wanted to say hello and enjoy the coming fall!
