So, today a client has asked about an agent bonus for selling his home. I know that many agents do respond well to a bonus but I will say that I find it disturbing that an agent would actually be more inclined to not only show the property, but, possibly act as if the home would be a better fit for their client. I know I may be old school but I find the thought appalling. 

Anyway, that is my thought for the day!
