Over the past few weeks I have been bombarded from CRM management companies who "guarantee" #1 placement on every search engine in existence, including Webcrawler.   Does anyone under 35 even remember this?  I think the salesperson was about to offer me my own BBS service on my 33k Baud modem.

The bottom line guys is you and only you own your line.  All of these companies can promise some level of service, but never believe that you are the only agent in Stafford County who was lucky enough to get the call.  They are selling the same 5 keywords to 30 agents telling them all the same thing; "You are are on page 10 of Google, we can get you to page 1...Everyone loves your site....You are a truly savvy agent, etc etc."

Each of these organizations will charge you in the neighborhood of $500//mo for your leads.   Its up to you to determine how to build your business how much is it worth.   I paid for a year with miserable Zurple in one deal.  I will not be renewing.

However Kunversion seems promising....if you buy the Google leads.

Its a balance.  Don't fall.
