The Village of Idlewild is one of Fredericksburg’s nicest residential neighborhoods. It is an award winning community that features 207 acres of wooded space and is conveniently located just one mile off of I-95. It is also located minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg, as well as more shopping and dining in Central Park.
Amenity wise, it features a pool, fitness center, multiple tot lots, a tree lined walking trail, and tennis courts. The neighborhood features a variety of beautifully designed homes varying in size and style, and each street is lined with side walks. The clubhouse is beautiful and spacious, and is available to rent out for events. The whole neighborhood is beautifully landscaped and very well kept up with, and has a great family friendly atmosphere. All this and more makes Idlewild one of the best places to live in Fredericksburg! Check out the community website www.idlewildva.org for more community information.
