It is an award winning community that features 207 acres of wooded space and is conveniently located just one mile off of I-95. It is also located minutes away from downtown Fredericksburg, as well as more shopping and dining in Central Park.
Amenity wise, it features a pool, fitness center, multiple tot lots, a tree lined walking trail, and tennis courts. The neighborhood features a variety of beautifully designed homes varying in size and style, and each street is lined with side walks.
